1. Jessica Morgan (Lancaster High School) Jessica helped the Flying Arrows extend their winning streak to 3 games in a row and scored her 1,000th career point last week. On Tuesday night, Lancaster defeated Iowa-Grant 61-36. Jessica scored 22 points including the 1,000th in her career to help the Flying Arrows win. Then, on Friday night Jessica had 22 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds to help the Flying Arrows win 60-22 over Richland Center.
2. Ava Kishman (MFL MarMac High School) Ava and the Bulldogs picked up two wins last week to stay atop the Upper Iowa Conference. In the Bulldogs first game of the week, they defeated Central Elkader 57-29. Ava scored 10 points and had 8 rebounds in the win. The Bulldogs finished up the week beating Postville 71-20. Ava scored 10 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to help the Bulldogs win.
3. Landen Blaha (North Crawford High School) Landen and the Trojans stayed undefeated in the Ridge and Valley with two conference wins last week. First, they defeated Ithaca 80-61. Landen scored 13 points and had 6 rebounds in the win. Then Friday night the Trojans beat Seneca 81-68. Landen had 18 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists in the victory.
