1. Macie Galle (Lancaster High School) Macie competed at the WIAA D2 Individual ’25 Gymnastics Championships this past weekend. Macie qualified for 3 events. In vault, Macie finished in 7th place with a score of 9.167. In bars, Macie scored an 8.250 for 23rd, and in beam, she scored an 8.167, good for 23rd.
2. Taia Dressler (Prairie du Chien High School) Taia competed at the WIAA D2 Individual ’25 Gymnastics Championships this past weekend. Taia qualified in floor at the state meet with a personal best score at the sectional competition of 9.125. At the state meet, Taia finished with a score of 8.80 to finish in 25th place.
3. Cullen Jacobus (North Crawford High School) Cullen and the Trojans won the regional championship over the weekend. On Tuesday, in the regional quarterfinal, the Trojans defeated Weston 80-54. Cullen had 19 points and 7 rebounds in the win. On Friday, Cullen scored 16 points and had 12 rebounds in the regional semi-final victory over River Ridge 73-52. In the regional championship on Saturday night, the Trojans beat Potosi 66-59. Cullen scored 25 points and had 8 rebounds in the win.
