On October 22nd, 2023 at approximately 3:16 PM the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a tractor rollover on Noble Road near Hill Street in rural Millville. Upon arrival, it was determined a Case International 7130 pulling a Kuhn Knight manure spreader was travelling northwest on Noble Road when it lost control, entered the south ditch, and overturned. The driver of the tractor Harley Anderegg (83) of Guttenberg was pronounced dead at the scene. Assisting the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office on scene were Guttenberg Police Department, Guttenberg Fire Department, Guttenberg Ambulance Service, Tegeler’s Towing, Iowa State Patrol, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, and the Clayton County Medical Examiner.
