On 9/19/2023 at approximately 7:43 AM the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a female stating that she had been assaulted and didn’t know where she was at. Deputies were able to locate her at a residence near the city of Elgin. During the investigation, it was determined that Ryan White 41, of Bloomington, MN, had assaulted the victim. White was arrested and transported to the Fayette County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault and held for an initial appearance. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Clermont Ambulance Service.
