On Saturday, March 8th, 2025, at approximately 3:19 a.m., Crawford County Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that the Sheriff’s Office responded to an assault at an apartment in the Village of Eastman. The suspect, Jayden O’Dell (23) of Eastman, departed from the apartment in his pickup truck prior to the arrival of law enforcement. O’Dell’s pickup truck was located, and a traffic stop was conducted on Shanghai Ridge Road. He exhibited signs of drug-related impairment. He was taken into custody and transported to the Crawford County Jail on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and domestic related battery. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Prairie du Chien Police Department.
