On September 22, 2024, the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Elm Street in Calmar for a disturbance. Subsequently, Jason Loftsgard was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for D Felony Child Endangerment- Bodily Injury.
