On Friday, August 2nd, 2024, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one-vehicle traffic crash on Stoney Point Road near Roberts Road in the Township of Seneca.
Jack Gallagher (17) of Seneca, was operating a sport utility vehicle westbound on Stoney Point Road. He lost control, struck an embankment, and overturned while negotiating a curve. He escaped with no injuries, however, the vehicle was a total loss. Gallagher was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by members of the Seneca Fire Department, Seneca Frist Responders, and Ocooch Mountain Rescue.
