Multiple Search Warrants Executed in Maynard over the weekend

On 6-7-24, at approximately 11:00PM, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotic search warrant at 30 Long Grove St. Maynard IA.   During a search of the residence, methamphetamine, marijuana, waxes, and paraphernalia were found and seized.  Danny Eugene Miller, 54 of Maynard IA, was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd Offense, Possession of Marijuana 3rd Offense, both D Felonies, 3 counts of Child Endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple Misdemeanor.   Cindy Sue Miller, 48 of Maynard IA, was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Child Endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors, Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, both serious misdemeanors, and Possession of Drug  Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. The Millers were taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail, where they awaited initial appearance.   Numerous other drug charges are pending, including juvenile referrals.  Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Iowa State Patrol.

On 6-8-24, at approximately 9:15PM, a narcotic search warrant was executed at 115 Rich St. Maynard IA.  During a search of the residence, methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia were found and seized.  Joseph Glenn Kane, 25 of Maynard was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 2nd Offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Offense, a serious misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.  Kane was taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail, where he awaited initial appearance.  Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Iowa State Patrol, and Fayette Police Department.
