On May 10, 2024, the Decorah Police Department arrested Kelly Jon Bachelder, 47, of Decorah, Iowa, on an arrest warrant for two counts of Sexual Exploitation of Minor, a Class D Felony. The arrest warrant was the result of an investigation that began in June of 2022.
Class D Felonies are punishable by confinement of up to five years and a fine up to $10,000.
