On January 10, 2024 a Waukon Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of West Main St & Bluebird Road. As a result of the traffic stop, 54-year-old Timothy Clark of Waukon was arrested and charged with driving while barred (aggravated misdemeanor), fail to have ignition interlock device (simple misdemeanor), possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense (class D felony), and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor). The Waukon Police Department was assisted by the Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office.
