On September 5, 2023 at approximately 5:59 p.m., a one vehicle motorcycle crash was reported to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office which
occurred on County X in Wyalusing Township. Patrick Tilmer, age 59 of Prairie du Chien was eastbound on Cty X on his 1988 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Tilmer swerved to miss a deer and left the north side of the roadway. Tilmer crashed in the brush and rocks on the side of the road. Tilmer was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Tilmer received serious injury and was transported to Crossing Rivers Medical center by West Grant EMS. Grant County was assisted on scene by West Grant EMS, Bagley First responders, Blomington Fire, and Milo’s towing of Prairie du Chien.
