Southwest Technical College will be hosting a Spanish for the Workplace Course on their campus on Wednesday, January 11, and Wednesday, January 18, from 4-7 p.m.
Participants will learn about Hispanic culture and basic Spanish words and phrases to improve their understanding of and communication with native Spanish-speakers in the workplace. Topics covered will also include Culture and Traditions, Introductory Conversations, Common Spanish Phrases, Basic Workplace Commands, Making Inquiries and Asking Questions, Expressing Conditions and Emotions,
Survival Phrases Relevant to the Workplace, and Safety/Emergency Related Words and Phrases.
